What I actually built for real businesses
Two businesses, two very different problems. Here is exactly what was broken, what I built instead, and what changed once it shipped.
KYŌ-KLUB
KYŌ-KLUB is a premium matcha café in Amsterdam that went from four disconnected tools to one system it actually owns.
The problem
KYŌ-KLUB ran its whole business on four separate tools that never talked to each other, and the site itself was slow.
What I built
I replaced it with one fast website and a single Dutch admin that handles orders, invoicing, and staff planning.
The result
Three subscriptions became one system, with one login instead of three.

The problem
MYCANSEALER had no website. Every sale started with an email, and every price was worked out by hand.
What I built
I built a webshop and reservation tool from scratch, with a price calculator so customers see the cost instantly.
The result
Customers now price and book everything themselves, with availability managed directly from the admin.
